There is a pet shop near me (I'm not going to mention any names for reasons and what not) and I seen these 2 kittens in a glass cage thing and the same pet shop also sells puppies. I noticed they were advertising the incorrect dog breed, they were clearly mixed but were being advertised as pure bred. I noticed one pup had a rather large skin condition so for obvious reasons I was concerned about the kittens. They appeared fine but timid as of course they were kittens and in a loud pet shop. To me they looked about 10 weeks old so they were deffo old enough to leave their mother.
I do not agree with dog's being sold in pet shop's the same as I don't with cats as they can have behavioural problems and for obvious reasons, illnesses not being taken care of from what I have seen. Have you seen or visited any pet shops where they sell kittens and they have been taking care of just like in a lovely family environment or is that just wishful thinking? Yup yup.
What are your views?

I don't like to see dogs or cats sold in pet shops. just doesn't seem right. >.< Even if the pups are not from puppy mills, I still think a person should go to a breeder for a purebred.
As for cats I also do not like seeing them sold, altough I seldom see them being for sale. But when I have seen them they seem to be kept in good condition. I noticed they are also sold for very expensive prices.
You're better off adopting: the price is much lower and you get microchip, spay/neuter, vaccines, etc.
